Product Specialist- Building Solutions

Key Responsibilities: * Develop and expand the market for Building Solutions products (Window Film, Floor Mats, Vinyl Flooring, DI-NOC, etc.) * Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and building owners * Conduct product presentations and technical consultations * Manage project pipelines (tenders, commercial projects, hospitality, retail, etc.) * Achieve sales targets and increase market share * Perform market mapping and competitor analysis * Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate data entry in the company system (CRM / reporting tools) Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales / Building Materials * Strong network in construction or property industry is highly preferred * Familiar with tender processes and project-based selling * Target-driven with strong negotiation and communication skills * Strong discipline in reporting, documentation, and data input * Comfortable working with sales systems / CRM * Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings * Based in Jakarta Preferred Background: * Experience in interior/exterior finishing materials * Strong understanding of project specifications and technical sales
